Yes, my husband, he is a sixty year old retired fireman and has more energy than anyone I know. Since retiring he has volunteered with Hands On Disaster Relief and travels all over the world helping others. He also climbs mountains in his spare time, he had a heart attack in New Zealand on the top of Mount Cook and a week later he walked across a glacier, I wonder if anyone can beat that. At the moment he is in Bangladesh helping with the clean up after Hurricane Sidr,. I am so proud of him.
