Have you ever been part of a SCAB movement to bust a union?!

Question: what happened?

Answers: what happened?

Unfortunatly...yes.
Afterwards I found out that the whole thing had been planned to completely destroy the union.
Planned for about 7 years infact, right after the last union strike.
Union wages were high but the production was down, wayyyyy down.
Competition was wayyyy up.
The union simply couldn't or wouldn't grow.
It actually all became kind of sad.
The die-hards were acting like it was 1955.
The strikers even had a parade trying to boost support.
And it's just not a 1955 world any longer.
Most strikers crossed the line and came back, especially the younger ones under 35 yrs of age.
Everyone is replaceable these days.

That union no longer exists.
I left to find other employement 1 yr later after the strike started.

I received numerous scabs during the ensuing melee.

seriously? yes.
