Yes except for the light in the hallway, our golden retriever is scared of the dark so we leave the light on for her, shes a rescue dog who was found in an outhouse and that's why shes scared of the dark.

I have a three storey house and plus the basement. It is already costing us an arm and a leg to warm up this place. That is just oil. I have some little night lights on all over and oustide light some on when soemone approaches.

my son has a night light in his room,my daughter has a night light in her room,they have the landing light on outside their rooms,and my other daughter has the other landing light on outside her room too,i'm all for energy saving, but i'd rather save my own energy from being kept awake all night because they dont like the dark,i dont know why they are scared of the dark,because they slept in the dark for the first 2yrs of their lives.

I have one. a 10 watt appliance bulb in a lamp on the table in the foyer...it's very dim, but If I turn it off and my Black Lab is sleeping at the bottom of the stairs, (most of the time he does) I can't see him in the dark, I might step on him....
