On a scale of 1-10, how MEAN is this?!
Question: My granddaughter's spring break is a different week than her BSD (biological sperm donor) and his kids from THAT relationship. THEY are going on a cruise and never bothered to see if her Mom (my daughter) would let her skip school to go. Even though she knows her Mom wouldn't let her go this time, she is crushed. How mean do you think he is?

Gee, that's a toughie. He could have had the COURTESY to at least ask even if he knew the answer would be no. So, I'd say as far as the adults in the situation go, it's about a 6 or 7. But since your granddaughter is CRUSHED, then in her case it's an 11!

I think its very mean, thats one thing that makes me so angry...men get remarried or have new children with someone else and they just forget about the other children they had, I know it hurts i was done that way, when i was i guess 12, my mom and dad divorsed, he married someone with 4 children already and then they had 2 together.....he was a joke andhe never wanted anything else to do with me and my sister, he just forgot us, the one he married didnt want us around and he took her side, now im grown hes asked me to come see him and i wont, i never will have anything to do with him again!
