Which type of go lean? Some have more protein than others. Look for the one with the highest amount of protein. That will be the most filling. And have a cup of hot tea. You'll feel fuller.

Try actual food.

Cereal always makes me hungry, even a good whole grain one with protein. It just stimulates my appetite, setting me up for disaster. For me personally, skipping breakfast is the way to go. I'm a coffee drinker so I don't get hungry in the morning anyway.
Have you tried blow? Just wondering.
(sad that I have to clarify that I'm joking, but kids these days...you know...)

I like the kashi Go lean crunch--but I eat it dry and fart it out later to the disgust of everyone in a 1/2 mile radius of me.

You are someone like me who needs proteins to feel full. Just eat some nuts, a teaspoon of peanut butter or soy milk maybe get some egg white and have one serving with your cereal. I do better with protein as I get the shakes when I eat anything sugary in the morning and I am always hungry if I eat carbs. You can also eat fruit with it too, that will help. From your picture you look healthy so try not to lose any more weight. XD

You forgot the steak draped over the top of the bowl. That's the whole secret to sticking to the diet, the steak.

A kielbasa with sauerkraut would have been more filling. Drink a huge glass of water to fill you up first.
