Where can i buy ear plugs? or anything to block out noise? like special headphon!
Question: I am sorry, I wasn't sure which category does this question belong in. Anways, I have been to a lot of stores already and can't seem to find any good ones. There is construction going on next door and it really bothers me, because I am a student and I study alot to prepare to medical school. Thanks in advance.

The Bose headphones come in a noise blocking style. They are pricey but excellent. Go online.

Ear plugs only dampen noise, they won't block it. Try thick cloth, such as wool socks or a wash rag. Fold to fit your ear, dampen with warm water and apply to ears using a cap, headband or even tape (watch the hair) to secure them in place.
