Um mm i love weird questions lol..... But OK i would say that if you were to go out and rob a bank or something more sinister then yes the crook in your elbow could go to jail..... but alas on the other hand while up in court in front of a jury you could argue that it was the other crook on the other elbow that committed the crime and therefore the crook on your elbow could not go to jail unless it was amputated first,because if it was not you and the two crooks would go to jail and there is indeed a law that states that Innocent body parts ( people ) can not go to jail until found guilty... lol
