Do you ever forget yours or your kids date of birth when your filling in a form.!
Question: I have a few times...not actually forgotten but got their birth dates mixed up..how bad is that.??

My Dad does all the time, he only has 2 children to remember lol.

I do, and always forget the actual date I am filling in the form.
Never... I can easily recall their birth dates, time and even their weight at birth!
My Mom did once like I remeber a while back she was signing some papers for me and she paused and said ''what is your name'' I was like MOM YOU DON`T KNOW!!!!!! she started laughing and said oh yea michael, it was pretty funny.
Yes I have done it a few times.
Once I had to fill out a pretty important form with my daughters birthdate on it.. as I put her day and month in I then filled out the year.. put the form in. A few weeks later I got the documents back only looking at them did I realise that the year I put my daughters birthdate hadnt even come yet! so in other words, legally she wasnt born yet and that was when she was 4 months old!
Funny though, the people who "look at and file" these forms didnt even realise either..
The trouble I had to go through though to fix it all!
So when my daughter is with me I make sure I ask her first when her birthdate is lol.
I do it all the time.. my daughter and i were both born in the same month. .. one on the 20th and one on the 22nd.. so i always have to stop and think because i have been known to switch our birthdays :)
I hate when your mind goes blank at those inopertune times.Does'nt that suck? Whats worse when you have a person asking you questions like your phone # & you're just standing there looking like a total ditz. I'm thinking" I swear I'm not stupid, I just look like it."
When i had to fill out forms when i enrolled my first daughter into preschool well i looked like a total d!ck head when i wrote the year 1979 for her year of birth and 1997 for my year of birth. You see she is born in 1997 and i was born in 1979. to this day i really don't know how i got that mixed up. i still do it now.
