Do rapidly rising grocery prices mean that I will soon have to go back to eating!

Question: instead of the $3.29 cent a pound stuff I've become accustomed to? Or, does it mean that I will have to start leaving out either the bread or the bologny altogether? Or, to carry it even one step further, can I count on having to report to my local soup kitchen in order to survive...?

I'm hoping this well help me out. I'm going to keep eating the same stuff -- but I'm not going to be able to afford as much -- it's as close to a diet plan as I'm getting.

No it doesnt.

eat lots of ramen noodles there only 10 cents

But Of Course

I often resort to Ramen noodles and kool-aid for dinner. Got to love rising college costs and price inflation on everything else all at once.

If the economy continues like it has then we'll all be in a soup line before long...and where I am there is no such thing as 99¢ bologna any longer so I guess if you were here you're already s o l.

wow!! well, i shop around for the good deals!! they're still out there!!

I had to laugh out loud when I read that question. My husband has been of work for 2 months ill and I just said to him jokingly, "Well if nothing else we can eat bologna sandwiches from now on". So you can see how your question hit home.

Thanks for the laugh!

pod

well ramen noodles are awfuly cheap & pretty tasty but hey i guess the 99 cent bologna would help cut back on your grocery bill but hey if all fails you can come eat dinner @ my house instead of the soup kitchen :)
