Sleep well until about 4:00 am, then toss & turn. Need more sleep but body hurts from laying still so long.

i turn over alot...and whats even worse is that i wake up whenevr i do that.
I sleep like a baby! I take advil everynight because of my cold, so that makes me sleepy.

Now I toss and turn as I have on a cast boot that I have to sleep with.It is large,black and heavy and very hard to move around at night on the bed.It is hot and the straps sometimes rub,there are six straps with Velcro and sometimes they scratch.That is why I toss and turn.?

Usually i sleep good as i sleep alone as i am single' but if i am stressing about a problem or something is going on with me' then i will toss and turn ' get up and go down .
