Yes, actually they do. They are used now in the entertainment industry. Do a Google on them. They have no nicotine so you won't get a cigarette effect from them...they just burn away....inhaling any smoke is not good for the body, but they have no additives.
Just smoke the normal ones. Considering you're being poisoned by the polluted oxygen you're inhaling, puffing on a smoke is little different.

Hi There...I live in Nova Scotia...in a one-horse town and about 20-25 yrs. ago they sold "herbal" cigarettes @ the drugstore. Great concept...no carcinogens or poisons..or formeldehyde...they tasted terrible but as a smoker I would rather smoke them. I don`t know y we can`t get them here anymore.When u smoked them it was more the "habit"...than the addictive part...there was nothing addictive in them.
