Yes and no. Saddam had to be removed from power because of the cruel way he treated his people. However, I'm sure there was a better way to remove him, than to occupy the country.
Since you asked a subjective opinion yes. I feel this way because even though there are sacrifices made (God bless the innocent) they will eventually establish a stable democracy. If Iraq was never invaded, there would be zero chance.

No doubt. Every major world intelligence agency knew there was WMD in Iraq. Saddam had already used them on his own people, and the Kurds, and against Iran, and in Kuwait. The WMD still exist, but likely in Syria. We did, are, and will continue to do the right thing by being in Iraq.

I would have preferred us to have finished up with Bin Laden, 1st, but it is what it is. I served in Iraq during Desert Storm. Kuwait needed our help and they got it. However, I will say that Iraq is filled with a lot of good people with good hearts, who unfortunately, are living in fear. Whether you agree or disagree with us being over there, it's important to support our troops who are risking their lives. We should never, ever, turn our backs on them!
Yes, but not the way we did it. We should have blanket bombed Baghdad and the other major cities into dust and been out of Iraq within 2 years. The way we fight is so stupidly P.C. that we do not deter other wackos from messing with us.
If we fought battles with overwhelming force and destruction, there would be far less loss of our soldiers and it would cost less money and time.
If we are going to continue fighting wars the way we have been, then we should just stay home and not bother. It just isn't worth it. Put the money into securing our borders and rebuilding our manufacturing industry.
