What's your middle initial?!
Question: L - my middle initial
My son has 5 names. I gave him 4 at birth but then he's being adopted by my husband so he will have a new last name but he wants to keep the old last name too.....I'm not sure what we have decided to do. I think that's just too many names. When I named him I was doped up on all kinds of stuff the doctor had given me so I couldn't pick between the 2 middle names I liked....so I gave him both. I think it's pretty. AND even though lengthy he only has to write his first and last name (4 letters and 5 letters) most of the time, so I figured that was ok....Wasn't really expecting the only man he's known as "dad" to adopt....But we are so blessed that he is!!! So if you wanted to know his two middle initials are CB.

I actually don't have a middle name, and thus no middle initial. You'd be surprised how many people are shocked by this nature of my name.
My initials are R.S.
However, I go by a different name than my given name, and in non-legal situations, I put my initials using my other name as first, and my given as a middle name.
M.R.S. (Being against marriage, those initials are extremely annoying).
On a different note: my parents didn't give me the same last name as them. But there was an issue with my birth certificate, so around my 14th birthday, we found out that I'd been using the wrong name for 14 years - my last name was my middle, and my parents' last name was my last name, as well. This results in my initials being:
R.S.M.
That situation has been dealt with, but it was a rather big thing at the time, and thus people use it about as seriously as my other one.
So, my initials are either R or S. Take your pick.
