right NOW i would have to say my tummy, because I freakin did like 30 sit-ups yesterday (not something i normally do) and NOW my abs are my most sensitive!!
but, normally, i'd say my eyes. if i get something in my eyes, or the wind or whatever- i can totally tell.

i think an injured part of your body is always the most sensitive- you don't realize how much you use something until it's hurt!!
