Do folk still remember and tell others how much their baby weighed at birth?!

My Daughter was 5lb 7ozs. It always makes me laugh when people ask the weight of a baby, why? it's not like we are having it for Christmas.
I know that I was 8lb 6oz and so was my brother and one of my sisters, my other sister was 9lb.
I haven't got kids but I know my niece was 4lb 7oz but she was 3 months prem
I remember because both of my kids weighed the same when they were born. 7 pounds 7 ounces.
I weighed 8 pounds 3 ounces myself, way back in the day when I ripped open my mama's tummy and made my grand appearance.
I don't have kids or want them to be honest,..but my Mum said i weighed 7lbs 5 ozs and my younger Brother was 8lbs 10 ozs
My sister can't... I always have to correct her (I try not too). 5lbs 6 and li'l bump weighed in at 5lbs even. She's such a martyr!!

My 25 yr old son was born at 5:40 PM on a Wednesday afternoon after 36 hours in labor and weighed in at 7 lbs, 6 oz ... He was 21 inches long
My 21 yr old daughter was born at 7:00 AM on a Saturday morning after 16 hours in labor and weighed 7 lbs, 3 oz .. She was also 21 inches long ...
I can also tell you how much my grandbabies weighed, and I didn't give birth to them ... :D

My daughter was 8lb 15oz,probably one of the few things I can remember from nearly 18 years as it was so friggin painful and why I never did it again lol !!!!!!
Sure they do. I weighed 8 lbs at birth. My child weighed 7 lbs, (at birth).
mine were 6lb 5, 7lb 3, 7lb 11 and 7lb 13...all natural.
not pain free tho!
