I've been feeling a bit depressed recently too. I'm staying positive though, and you should too! 'cause it's the only way to make the best of whatever circumstances/challenges you're facing.
I'm planning on going outside for a run soon. Very refreshing :) Then I'm planning on changing some bad habits I have, and blogging about stuff, and the things that aren't going how I'd like. Then I'd like to get into a routine of practicing guitar for many hours a day. Music is my dream!
Depression is goverened by the mind. Try to see things positively, and you'll be feeling happy again(no matter what circumstances you're facing)!
