LOL, I just thought of something.. Imagine someone purposely dropping a dollar or 5 in front of someone who looked like they had had a bad day. But far enough in front so that said person wouldn't run up to give it back.. Maybe I should do that... when I'm not feeling so stingy.. I would love to make someone's day! Though, I should probably make sure it doesn't fly past them or around them..
But for your question..... I'm not sure... I think random times may have to come out of nowhere to actually make a person feel lucky. Sorry for the novel!

First buy her some candy and flowers. Then take her to a movie at your house. Sit on the sofa with her. Put one arm around her and leave it there for 1 1/2 hours while the blood rushes from your arm and into your abdominal cavity. After the movie, remove your arm and try to save what's left of it by the careful application of a tourniquet. When she sees that folorn look on your face she will give you a little peck. That's when you move in for the feel.
