If the germs...?!

Question: or bacterias would talk just like in those silly advertisements to some detergent, would you lay down for a moment and listen to them, just out of curiosity?

Why do we have to imagine everything based on our own human shape?

No.

I would be thinking Gulliver's Travels and the Lilliputians as I lay there with the germs all around me.

And the answer to the second question is call anthropomorphism, the concept that people tend to see inanimate objects in humanlike qualities. It is a form of associatian used to understand things, kind of like filing by alphabetical order or numerical order. In this case we file the image by human association.

But I am in no hurry to talk to the germs all around me. They probably all sound like Adam Sandler or Chris Rock accept the really wrong ones in the area and they sound like Jack Nicholson. "Are you talking to me?...."

Thanks. I had to throw in the Jack quote. It was either "Taxi' or "A Few Good Men" - "I sit on a wall two feet away from women with spray bottles all wanting to kill me..." - It seemed a bit much. Enjoy. Report It

  • No, I am not THAT curious!!! :))

I have to deal with human bacteria, daily. Take care of my health, that is.. Literally , metaphorically.... :)))

IF IF were a FIFTH we would all be drunk

No I don't think I would listen to them...

lol! To understand things & remember them works best
if we relate it to ourselves or our expieriances. In fact maybe
we can understand nothing unless we have expierianced it
ourself. So they built a familiar visual & audio platform to
help us relate. I read a case study where group A was
given a book to read & asked to imagine it was them in
the story. Group B just read the book. When asked the same
list of Q's group A remembered more & more accuratly.

Yeah. I'd use a mask though.

There's a book named "Triptofanito" and I think it's about something like that, I don't really remember. An obliged book in Mexican high schools.
