The number isn't the same all the time. But it is rather annoying that some of my 'music lyric brain space' is clogged up with so many shitty songs. Why is it the crappy songs get stuck in your head sometimes? Damn those catchy bad tunes!

I'm not kidding. I was a karaoke KJ for many years(still will do it for fun), let me tell you, you LEARN the words to songs........
good question...just a ballpark...maybe over three hundred I love music so I know a lot of songs... =)

Probably around 300. The same thing happened to me the other day. I hadn't heard the song in forever and knew practically every word. It's strange how we forget someone's name but remember every lyric!

I have over 1,000 songs in mp3 on my computer, and I know a lot more than that. I know most of the words (some incorrectly, though) to probably 5,000 or more songs. I love music and for some reason the words really stuck in my head.
Well I have 5,000 songs on my ipod.
And I sing a long to all of those.
So i'd have to say I correctly know everyword to at least 3,000 of those.
