Sometimes I am that person but I do it on purpose to see how long it will take for someone to snap. It's funny.

yeah, but don't tell them to stuff it meanly, because you HAVE TO work with them weather you like it or not. why don't you try blabbing on all day, and maybe they'll tell you to stuff it and they wont talk to you any more. problem solved. it depends on were you work, but why not try ear plugs, head phones, or tell them that you have a very bad ear ache in both ears and you can't hear them, and noises give you a bad headache.
by the way for your poll, i prefer neither, I'm half vegetarian.
