Y! Mail problem - inbox shows wrong # of new msgs...?!
Question: I TRIED ASKING THIS IN THE YAHOO! MAIL SECTION BUT NO ONE RESPONDED.
Ok, so I have Yahoo! Mail problem. It's been like this for a few days. When I log in, it shows me how many new mails I have. Currently, it says Inbox (2) meaning I have 2 new emails. However, when I click on the Inbox, it says 'There are no messages in your Inbox.' What is going on? And my bulk and trash are empty.
Why does it think I have 2 new mails when I don't have any mails, new or otherwise?

This happens to me.
I'm not sure if this really happens to you but this is why for me.
When your looking at your messages your reading them and stuff and you go back to inbox suddenly there's new messages that were just added after you clicked on the inbox button on your homepage.
So, when you go back to the Yahoo homepage it says how many new messages you have but when you click on the button it says you have new messages but you don't because you already checked them when they just came in.
Does this make sense?
the same thing happen to me.
You need to click on mail at the top again, the page needs to be refreshed.
sometimes they place it way below in with old ones, had that happened to me
have had that happen-make sure you don't have 2 pages of email-try refreshing page-i thin they appear later on
mine is like that 2~!~ someone that knows how to fix plz answer this question!~!
there must be a problem with you computer or yahoo! mail. it says that i have 37 unread mail but i only have like 15! so whats up with that? i refreshed it and then it was ok but thats not you problem. it doesnt matter though. you probably also might have a old version of yahoo!. so try getting the new one. it really doesnt matter thought. you might be wasting like 2 seconds but then you dont need to care. OR there must be emails but its not showing up for some reason.
