What's your best 1-mile run time?!
Question: My best time was 5 minute and 43 seconds in Spring 2001. Anyone who can run a mile in the 4 to 5 minute range...well that's just plain awesome and fast, which I wasn't back then.

i know someone who can run 4 :10 miles
im really slow but my bro can do 4:46 and his friend can do 4:30 ^_^

about 5 mins or so in 2006
I've never tried to run the mile as fast as I could. I've "jogged" and "walked" it for the school :) My time was 9:11 (how sad)
I walk in the swimming pool, 1mile in 1 hour.
I did 6:55 once which was my super duper bestest ever.. since that time last year I have become a shameful lazy slob who takes at least 20 mins to do half a mile :P
I know it had to be in Marine Corps Boot Camp in 1990...I did a mile and a half in 11:30 so do the math (I don't have the patience...lol). I honestly cant believe I actually ran that!
