For me, it was the birth control pill...so I put a picture of my son right next to the package...I love him dearly...but he's enough.

when i am on diets...i put post its on the containers of food in the fridge and write....don't eat until you r hungry!
I write things down on my dry erase board on my fridge. It is a monthly so simply perfect for me.

My wife and kids have to remind me of everything! I get notices all day or the girls will say "Daddy!" " Daddy!" "Don't forget what you said!" I immediately remember what it is and go do it.
