You experience the promised tingling sensation, but your lips are not plumper. Do you still contact the company to complain and get a refund for the full purchase price, just on principle?

Dear Dawna that tingling sensation you got was from shoplifting the lipstick. I'd say do write to the company to complain but let's not compound your larceny with demanding a refund after all where's your receipt for proof of purchase? Don't get in any deeper my dear.

yeah i probably would to be honest, bad service is bad service whether you nicked the product or not, you expect it to work, it should do what its promised to do, so yeah, purely on principle i would complain

no, you stuck it in your pocket...if you paid for it take it back to the store. they will give you a refund. then you can send a stong worded letter to the rep co. and maybe they'll send you a coupon. good luck.
