I think it's true, because I'm attracted to lighter skin girls, and I'm dark skinned.
thats not true. i know plenty of guys that are dating puerto ricans and black chicks and they are white. and many black chicks dating white dudes.
Who knows? Just because more people chose one way or the other doesn't make it the "norm." It just so happened that the people they studied showed a tendency to feel that way. It may be true though, I don't know.

OFCOURSE NOT TRUE!!! Its a kind of misunderstanding or misconception. I dont know how they came to this conclusion and on what basis they formulated it. But the TRUTH is that more women like not the Dark skinned ones but hard and tight muscular body ones & the body which provides more warmth when hugged barely. How many of you ladies agree with this? 90% of the times a darker skin is more harder than a fair one and is more warmer for a hugging partner. so women's choice subconsiously goes to the darker one.... But interpreting it as direct liking to darker skin is misconception.
