I have seen others full avatar show.
- First go to http://avatars.yahoo.com and log in. On the extreme right of the page will be a tab containing links like "Yahoo! Alerts", "Avatar Postcard", "Export" and "Message Board".

- Click on "Export". On the succeeding page, you can see a tab on the top of the page containing link "Download".

- Click on "Download". It gives you 2 options. Downloading your full avatar, or just the face. You can download both in JPG or PNG formats.

- Download the full avatar in JPG type.

- Now go to your 360 page. Above you pic should be an option of "Edit Personal Photos" with a yellow background.

- Click it, and upload the avatar file you just downloaded. You can set it to Primary too.

- Now go to your "My Q&A" page. In it, there's an "Edit my info" link.

- Click it and choose to view your 360 pic.

    Yeah what the others said.
    Click export on home page(avatars). Then turn avatar in JPG. Copy to computer. Put to 360(create an account if you dont have one) then use avatar.
    DO WHAT THE OTHER THREE HAS SAID.
    I like Emmanuel's answer. Doesn't require changing your messenger client.
