Nothing wrong with it. Though its easier to keep it hygenic without one, I hear. And IMHO circumcised ones are more aesthetically pleasing.
Most Americans circumcise their boys.

You do have to clean beneath the foreskin regularly, i.e. every time in the shower.
Becuase the knob is normally sheathed, it takes less wear and tear. That means that it's also more sensitive.
An American girl (used to the other variety) loved mine because it felt so smooth in her mouth.
I'd never get rid of my fore skin, we're very attached!
