NO, there always is *67(private call), but there are the people that ignore private calls.

YOU CAN ALWAYS USE YOUR FAMILIES PHONES OR PAYPHONES.
It just isn't anonymous anymore. You just have to be able to be called back and deal with it. A good prank call is the best.
