I know how you feel. Yahoo has violated me a number of times. Someone doesn't know how to laugh and takes it out on others. Yours really doesn't make sense though. Mine at least were offensive - funny I thought, but offensive non the less. Actually political - so the right wing freedom haters protested because someone was telling the truth and they can't stand for that. There was absolutely No Solicitation at all but my comments were removed for that reason.

You see, the violations are done automatic by robots. when you ask for review a human looks at it. Don't take that laying down, get up and fight back.

They who run Y!A have never checked a dictionary to take note of the fact that a principle definition of "solicting" is asking.
Without telling us WHAT soliciting IS, by definition ALL questions are technically violations.
Just try and find someone in the team smart enough to EXPLAIN what the rules are. Generally they will tell you if you if you don't like the rules ,then LEAVE! Y!A can STILL tell its sponsors they have 60 million users, and NOT tell them that 54 million of them have left or are suspended.
