sure...i would prefer to ask for something during the good times...your needs arent so drastic and less of a chance you can loose friends or loved ones...but i am also very shy when it comes to asking others for anything...been alone for so long i sorta became dependent on myself...btw..can i borrow some money for a new car,,,,,
If I am having a bad headache it is always a good time to ask for an aspirin!
