It does not reset at midnight. I remember the pain of having limits and it definitely does not reset at midnight.

In my area it seems to change at 4am. It is currently 12:22. So 3 hours, 38 minutes, or less.
It's 3:23pm on Saturday here (NSW Australia - East Coast). It changes over here at 7pm
I believe someone asked this question a while back.. and I believe the answer is 3 am pacific time. U.S.
It resets at 3am my time and my time right now is 12:34 am.
i've been there and done that lots of times. lol
