Have you ever worked with a horrible employee?!

Question: I work with this girl who barely does her job, yet everyone kisses her *** anyway, she's so mean! She makes other people pick up her slack work so I don't get why people are so nice to her! She's rude and uncooperative. What do you do about these kind of employees?

i worked with a guy who was either stupid or just lazy and i had to do my job and fix his too. he always ruined my section and the managers always left us alone on sundays coz no1 else would work on their own with him. i left coz he was starting to creep me out and he stalked me for a while too. but for all that nobody would fire him!!

welcome to the workplace honey!

every job has one

ohhhh yes but you have to try to ignore them lf you can

Yeah happened to me before. Worst work night of my life. Except she was very nice and likeable. Just liked to goof off. I did literally all the work. I wanted to cry. Plus it was hard because I was doing her job too and I was already exhausted from no help all night long. Thing is too, nobody noticed- or cared. She was pretty and charming and fun. They were too busy enjoying goofing off with her as they did their own jobs.

yes I worked with those type of people. I think they have miserable lives and that's why they often are rude to their co-workers.

Yes, i have worked with a horrible employee...many of them. I'd treat her the same way she treated me. If she complains, ask her how she likes it, because you sure don't appreciate it.

Ugh, I once worked with a methed-out receptionist that would threaten to steal my tips. The day she finally got fired was the day I quit! All I have to say is that this girl sounds Ghetto! If you've complained to your boss and there's no improvement, give them your two weeks notice!

Those are the ones I had no trouble letting go. I was the boss. I owned my own flower shop and I had a few of those. One even asked me to change water in the flower pails. Ha! Out she went. Another was always rude to the others when I wasn't there. Out she went. I never kissed anyone's asssssssssss. I did end up with some very nice and productive friends.
