That is very hard to determine. I have seen both that lie religiously and then I have encountered some that were nothing but honest.
Some men lie to build their ego's. Some women lie to cover themselves. That's how I have seen it done anyway.

i think that both genders tell lies at fast paces. but i do think that men tell more lies than women because they want to seem a certian way to turn a head in a women. but this is only my opinion.
