i live in Miami so there are alot of hispanics here who speak only spanish. my family is actually Cuban. and there is no reason to do that.
I actually speak more English than Spanish, and I think that everyone should make an effort to learn the language but... that is sooo not cool. This is America, and it shouldn't be disgraced by people like that.

yeah, more people should make the effort, but america was born from people of manyyyy different nationalities. you don't see Canadians discriminating against french-speakers.
