here in the Philippines we have a very "in" summer refreshment...we call it "halo-halo" w/c in our language means "mixed/mixture"..its made of cubed fruits (mango, pinapple, apple, papaya, shredded coconut meat, jackfruit, bananas...any fruit available), cubed jelly (the more colors, the better), boiled red beans, boiled kidney beans, evaporated milk, sugar and topped with crushed ice, rice crispies/cornflakes and a scoop of ice cream :) mmmmmmmm ???

Hmm... i make a really good salmon salad and its really good to eat during the summer. I LOVE watermelon, honeydew, cantaloupe and basically any kind of fresh fruit. I also like to eat the homemade ice cream that my mom makes.
The same thing that I eat all year around General Tao Chicken(Chinese food). My favorite type of food.
