I think it's odd that they do this. Either they are narcissists or have very low self-esteem.

yeah it IS pretty sad that they need to get on y/a to ask that question, but maybe they are just getting bashed every other place and need some reassurance?
I think its away for them to get noticed. Cause there all so pent up whit how they look thats there nothing more happening in there little minds.
i think its a waste of their breath, beauty is in the eye of the beholder (or beer holder if you prefer) and it's quite annoying
I think they are just looking for compliments, so we should either ignore them or just tell them they are ugly so they stop doing it.

I think its pretty stupid. The most important thing is that you yourself think your pretty, why should it matter what anyone else thinks? Everyone has different opinions on what's "pretty" anyways!
