Er... No... I'd say the ultimate risk somebody can take will always be sky-diving without a parachute. Or trying to jump past the spinning blades of a helicopter. Good luck with that one.
Seriously though, Hope isn't a big risk. It's always good to hope. Without hope, the world is a dark and terrible place and it will never change. If you hope, you risk being let down. But there are worse things in life...
Not with me. Hope is a driving force to continue when things no longer appear to be favorable. But then again I never take very many risks. My life is regulated by facts not fantasy.
hope on some sense is good, it can make you feel alive
it becomes a risk when it leads to expectations. that is very dangerous.
