Do You Star Questions Just To Be Nice?!
Question: Do you star the questions of someone just to be nice or because you really think their question is interesting? When you see perfectly reasonable answers with a thumbs down do you give them a thumbs up to combat the negative response of others? I star questions because they are interesting and I do give thumbs up to almost all of those who answer my questions. I will thumbs up anyone who has a good answer on another persons questions when someone gave them a thumbs down. It's only someones opinion and how can people disagree with opinions? If we all thought alike it would be a very boring world. If I don't like a persons answer I just don't give them a thumb check at all. Tell me what you think. Thanks.

Usually I star if I may want to go back to them for some reason; I know in one case, an asker apologized because there was some troll "thumbs downing" people and he felt bad (a question regarding the most depressing time in someones life yet!!!)....so he definitely got a star. I am "thumbs up happy" usually though, especially if I see some troll has thumbs-downed all the answers, regardless of the question....like your favorite color or food.......
