Do you want to stay in love with your sorrow?!

Question: *this is not chatting - I am simply trying to figure out if people prefer sorrow, because it's what they know, or whether they want to move on to happiness*

Do you want to stay in love with your sorrow, or do you want to let it go?

Do you want to stay in love with your sorrow, or do you want to let it go?

i don't have sorrow right now but whenever i do, i want to leave it and not hold on cuz if i do then it will just get more harder to let go of it.

I like happiness better.

Sorrow only brings me down.

after being so used to it , it becomes difficult to let go, ur already hurting so much if u change to happiness ur raising ur hopes up wich is great- until they come crashing down on u, wat will happen then? are u willing to take that chance?

It is difficult for people to change what they know and are used to. Change is scary. It means having to look at yourself and realise that the way you have been living and being could be different, and that what you are doing may not be working. The clue is in the self-realisation. It is hard to admit that you may need to change. And anyway, not everyone has that insight into themselves. Some people are just going through life doing the same thing every day, and not giving it a thought. It is not a matter of love. It is a matter of acceptance and a lack of self-awareness.

i dont really get it. like keep going out with my b/f but im depressed or something? if so, then yes. my b/f could probably make me happier.
