lol! i think at that age its strange if you find a 13 year boy that doesnt shut up. Very difficult age, believe me, my brother is 13 and sometimes he drives me MAD with all his talking about this and that. lol funny thing to answer, so the answer is no, 13 year old boys never shut up :)
