I think belching/burping. I always do that in public no matter where I am.
Both are so disgusting, but at least with a belch, there's not the sick rank smell.
belching is better to do cause farting stinks and is rude. But really neither is good but belching all the way.
rude is rude whether it is a facial fart or a butte burp it has no business being in the publics face, noone and i mean noone wants to smell your poop

Nether. If you feel them coming on, excuse yourself from the table, and release the gas in the restroom. If they are unavoidable, acknowledge you are the guilty one and apologize.
either one is considered rude but to be quite frank it is not good for you to hold either of those things in your body it is a poison needing to get out and can truly be damaging to your body so because of respect of others it is best to go to the restroom and take care of business but if you are unable to get there then just let it out my personal saying is this " It is better to have a little shame than a lot of pain " hope this was informative and helpful :)
