Done! It was a thought provoking process but I hope he finds the information helpful. Inspections are all about finding answers. It's too easy to see what we want to see. That, and experience of course, is the prime value of hiring a seasoned inspector. The reason an inspector is expensive is, his signature is an assurity, that carries liability. An inspector that will not provide liability should pay you for the experience.
