in my view i hope that its good to express our feelings.we will definetely share our happiness with our loved ones.so there's nothing wrong in showing anger.but it should not hurt them badly.and one more thing is we sholud not extend it much.just expressing n should leave it.the situations become worse if u prolong .if u dont like some1 its definetly waste of time to show ur anger.its waste to care them atleast.
No matter what the situation I still seem to burst out with a smile or laugh

its good to show what u feel, because u need to show the person what ur goin through and how u feel about the situation. if u smile, the other person wont think they did anything bad, when they did.

I only smile when I'm happy, not to be polite or anything. Though sometimes I'm so mad all I can do is smile or I'll explode.

I probably smile like 40% of the time. Sometimes it's good to show what you feel. But only sometimes. At times, it sends off a creepy message. But then again, not smiling does the same thing.
i am a sad and lonely bitter man!! i pretty much only smile when i'm stoned and drunk. that IS frequent come to think about it, but a far cry from always. let your feelings show before you blow a gasket!!
