Hmm, If the quality of the cover of your pillows is just right the ship will not sink. Like plastic or any non-water absorbent materials. Your pillow will float. But I think you'll need thousands or maybe millions of pillows so you can build a ship dependson its size.

You only need 23 pillows to build a vessel. Navigate only in the Dead Sea or Great Salt Lake though or you will sink right along with your water-logged goose down.
