It's usually called 'mahi-mahi' on the menu. They are not your typical 'Flipper' type dophins, but some other sub-species. I did not know it was dolphin when I had it, I wasn't that crazy about it. Wouldn't have it again. Plus, it was expensive.
EDIT: It kind of reminded me of shark or swordfish, except with more fat.
I heard they taste like tuna.
