What happens when you choose a best answer and you're in a bad Mood?!

I've chosen many a best answer in the fowlest of moods...I just check to see which ones made me smile the most...
I have been known to award best answer to users I blocked...just to be mean at the cost of 10 points to them.
my choices are always subjective, but then again what should I do? forget myself or get out of my own mind?
Bad moods always affect our judgment and behavior. Usually not in a good way. I try not to decide on much of anything when I'm "in a mood".
i feel it's not really a genuine best answer..
because i like to go through all my answers at least 3x and leave little comments for the answerer..

It's your question, so you choose whatever strikes your fancy.
If someone doesn't like that..tough ****. They need to grow up and gain some maturity. Answering your questions takes some thought..whether you ask a serious contemplative one or a tongue in cheek one. I've spent time on some of them and not gotten best answer..and you know what...I didn't care. A BA is NOT why I answer your Q's in the first place. I answer your Q's because they make me THINK.

You will not get Best Answers for three times that many questions...

For those who enjoy giving their best answers, without expectations, then the asker need have no regrets in their ratings.
If there are 'best answers', then that implies there must be a responsibility of the asker to pick the 'best one'. But whatever the asker chooses, is what it is, not to be rated on an absolute scale.
It seems to me the issue is more about 'is there a BEST answer', or are there really usually a few that catch the interest or heart of the asker.
can there be a bad 'Mood"?
