Most people will dig their heels in, so you would have to change their POV (heart & attitude).
sometimes they both do the same like u could argue with someone u like and ur mind changes from liking the person to disliking them but in ur heart nothing changes because u were angry at the time and pretty soon u'll get over that anger and u'll like that person again, so yes the mind changes but 4 some peeps it doesn't.

A bigots mind and heart will never change because that would show that they were wrong, which they can`t have happen.
