Of course it isn't fair.If I don't like someones answer to a question,then so be it.Likewise,if someone doesn't like an answer that I give,that should be the end of it.It is called democracy.

I mean you should not have to put POLL at the begining of your question but at least it tells them it is a poll type question.

ChocoLove you're spot on. It's got to the stage now, where I really don't know what to answer or ask. I see racist answers stay up, people admitting to being trolls and asking questions like "Do you think gays are weird?" That question is still up by the way. I just don't get it. Probably get a violation answering this. I just don't get it.
That so true. Phil had his account suspended a few days ago and the guy never as much uttered a bad or rude word to anyone. His answers were always lovely and kind. I do hope him and people like him appeal and have their accounts reinstated.

No it is not fair. I think Y!A, need to have a really good look at those doing the reporting and the trolls before doing the usual knee-jerk response of violations and suspensions , and they need to listen to the user.

Its very unfair...And if Yahoo deigned to answer people it could actually be solved quite easily, but they dont so it goes on and on...

I got my 1st violation last night. I didn't understand the question fully, so I asked for more info. It seems that's against the rules.
My violation said that it was not an answer.
Y/A goes by the Napoleonic law (guilty until proven innocent) that's apparent in some of Europe. It's a load of c0ck.
