Am I being paranoid? Would you be nervous if...?!
Question: The same person keeps answering a bunch of my questions. They aren't in my contacts, and my Q&A is private. I've also received a higher number than usual of VN emails (a couple were on legit questions!). Would you suspect something of this person? There's nothing inflammatory in their answers, but when I pull up their Q&A, they seem to answer a bunch of my questions but a random assortment of everyone else's. Are the report monkeys messing with my head or should I be a little cautious?

This does not sound normal. Hard to know if there is any ill intent behind the attraction to your questions but it doesn't hurt to be cautious. You have more than likely put the person on notice that you think this is strange just by posting this question. See if the behavior changes. If the weird stuff persists you could register again with a new avatar and a new user name. Losing the points, contacts, etc. would be worth the piece of mind...at least to me. Good luck.
I think you are being paranoid. Maybe they just like your questions. And as far as the violations, look within! And don't forget, it is just a game!

I wouldnt be, unless you could find out a lot of personal information from your questions or profile. If not, then dont worry about it, and if so maybe tighten up the security of your account?

I've got the same problem.. Violations coming in like clockwork in the last few days.. Trust your instincts... someone is obviously messing with you.

Be very paranoid at Yahoo and get it through your head that Yahoo itself goes through your old questions. It's not always another person thats to blame.

I've seen lvl 7's on here that get about 3000+ points a week wtf? some people just are addicted knowledge can be fun msg them if it really bothers you and ask them to stop. lol

I don't think there's anything to worry about, unless they email you directly. I myself have found that certain people post questions I know I can answer, does that make me an e-stalker? I don't think so.

You can be cautious but that's about it..I mean can you block someone on yahoo answers? If not, not much you can really do.

Well if a lot of your questions are in the same category maybe they just like your questions. I never even notice who is answering my questions unless they just say something unusual. Calm down. If it really bothers you and you think they are messing with you then just turn the tables on them. Start answering all their questions too. You guys can stalk each other!!

I answer a whole bunch of questions purely because they spark my interest. I dont take any notice of who has asked them, so chances are if you posted a whole heap of great sounding questions quite recently, then I may just have answered a good majority of them!

You know you could just contact the person and ask them if there is a reason they like your questions so much. You may be pleasantly surprised that this person has half a brain, and appreciates well thought out questions.
