I've always done the choosing. And I choose to be neither.

Beggar dont have option but have to beg for things.
Chooser is a snob who is a beggar in disguide but dont want to admit to it.
So for myself, I would rather be the beggar than the chooser. People has more sympathy for beggars than choosers.
